A gentle paced class, you'll focus on breathing deeply whilst holding a body posture. The class will both challenge and relax you, leaving you feeling energised yet calm. 'Hatha' actually refers to all yoga exercise classes, as it means effort...

The cardio workout of yoga classes, welcome to vinyasa. Vinyasa means moving with the breath, so whilst in other classes you focus on breathing deeply whilst staying in a pose, here you will breathe in and out as you transition from one pose to another, creating a beautiful rhythmic movement. This is as close to dance as yoga gets.

Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda Yoga is a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the whole body with an emphasise on full, yogic breathing.

Pilates aims to relax muscles and relieve any tension around the body whilst simultaneously building strength and flexibility. Expect a controlled sequence that predominantly focuses on core strength. Our Pilates class will leave you with a calm mind and a stronger body.


Mindfulness has never been more on trend, yet its origins are steeped in ancient buddhist practice. A quiet, reflective meditation technique that aids greater self awareness and an ability to live more fully in the present moment. Mindfulness has been proven to improve physical and mental health.

A gentle yoga class, using chair support to combine a variety of sitting and standing poses. Chair yoga is especially helpful for people who cannot get up and down on the floor easily or who are limited in the ability to kneel or sit cross-legged.
