Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to improve your flexibility and general fitness, or an advanced yoga student looking to deepen your practice, both Deborah and Jayne bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide and assist you, meeting your individual requirements. You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques to help reduce your stress levels and will therefore leave feeling calmer, fitter and more energized in both body and mind.
This may be your first visit to Sri Lanka and we are therefore delighted to include wonderful day trips to some of the local Cultural Triangle sites as part of your program.
You can take advantage of this amazing luxury Yoga and Spa break for £995 per person on the basis of sharing a large room. Singles are, of course, very welcome with a single supplement for a total cost of £1250

Every other day:

Our 4 day bus trips in the Cultural Triangle will comprise:-
1) Ancient city and Wild Elephant safari.
2) Kandy – Temple of the Tooth and/or Botanical Gardens and Tea plantation.
3) Sigiriya Rock Palace, the 8th wonder of the world; and Dambulla Rock Temple.
4) Local Women’s Batik Co-operative at Matale; plus Local Spice Garden.
This includes all your luxury accommodation, breakfast and dinner, free drinking water, coffees and teas, all yoga instruction using our excellent equipment imported from the UK, 2 hours of your choice of spa treatments and all transport costs in Sri Lanka, including your airport transfers.
Not included is the cost of your airfares and visa to Sri Lanka, entry tickets to the Cultural Triangle sites, any special drinks, lunches, extra Spa treatments and your personal laundry costs.
There are 14 luxury rooms/villas available, all specially designed to showcase the best of Sri Lankan craftsmanship. All rooms have cool kumbuk wood flooring, vaulted wooden ceilings and lime plaster walls. Jims Farm have developed a wonderful community spirt by using local craftsmen to create their traditional teak and rattan furniture.
All rooms have individually controlled air-con and fan, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, bath and spa robes, plus luxury pure white Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. Free wifi is available in each Villa.
Each of the Villas are surrounded by palm trees and landscaped gardens. They share the large swimming pool, which is adjacent to Hilltop Villa, but available for all guests. Spice Garden Villa s set opposite our own spice garden, with its fragrant and colorful trees, palms, spices and herbs, which thrive in this fantastic climate. Mango Villa is set atop a ridge facing east/west offering wonderful views of both sunrise and sunset, the countryside and mountains surrounding Jim's Farm.
The majority of your food for your meals will be produced on the farm including delicious fresh fruit juice, eggs from the free range chickens and western meals or Sri Lankan curries for dinner.
