It is an immensely powerful meditation technique and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. It is a practice that allows a restructuring and reforming of yourself, from deep within. Tanya will take you through a systematic meditation whilst resting comfortably in savasana (corpse pose)You will journey together through the pancha maya kosha, the five layers of self, with the intent of achieving wholeness.
