From the onset of menopause, women experience changing levels of hormones, which can cause us many issues such as hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety, rage, and a range of other symptoms. Every woman's experience is different and being among others going through the same as you can be a comfort. This 4 week course can help to alleviate some of these symptoms, with each week following a different theme. By the end, you will be able to walk away with a toolkit of techniques that you can use at home to help in your day-to-day life dealing with menopause and maybe new friendships too!
