Bore Place Ultimate Autumnal Retreat

For the 4th year running we are back at the wonderful Bore Place!

Our retreats here are a real treat for us as well as our guests, which is why people come back every year - sometimes twice a year!

This retreat really is the perfect way to prepare for the Winter months ahead and is full of nurturing, restoring and renewing the mind body and soul. This stunning venue is just outside the quaint village of Chiddingstone in the heart of the Kent Countryside. Just 6 miles from Sevenoaks or Tonbridge mainline stations and approximately 19 miles from Chislehurst.

Bore Place is a beautiful historical building set in 500 acres of organic farmland. You can feel the vision and passion of the founders Neil and Jennifer Wates who purchased Bore Place in 1976, as soon as you drive through the gates of this stunning piece of countryside. They set up the Commonwork Trust and Commonwork Organic Farm, to explore and work towards sustainability in all aspects of farming, education and food. The farm now encompasses an organic dairy farm, organic market gardens, local artisans as well as an environmental education centre. Not forgetting beautiful Bore Place house which will be our home for the weekend.

To be able to share this amazing venue with you, whilst offering a weekend of yoga, meditation, sound and the most delicious vegan food, simply fills us with joy. There will be opportunities to take one of the Bore Place walks weaving through the fields and woodlands of the 500-acre organic dairy farm, offering stunning panoramic views across the area. And to top off this weekend of pure nurturing, there will also be the option to book a massage, reiki or reflexology treatment with our very own Kristy Smith of KMS Therapy or Sue Spinks of Puraserenita.
