with Jayne Harman

We are delighted to offer you an amazing, luxury 9 day Yoga and Wellness Retreat at 2 boutique hotels in Sri Lanka. The first 2/3 nights will be at Jim’s Beach Villas on the beautiful south west coast beaches, just north of Galle. You will enjoy day visits to local nature and cultural sites including water-sports.

You will then be transported – with a lunchtime visit en-route to the Elephant Orphanage - to Jim’s Farm Villas for your final 6 nights on the 50- acre organic spice farm in the lush hilly heart of Sri Lanka. You’ll enjoy further day tours out to see the sites in the Cultural Triangle and enjoy an elephant safari.

Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this retreat offers space to deepen your practice and reconnect with yourself in a truly special setting.

With many years of experience, Jayne guides with care and sensitivity, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting your individual journey.

Each day includes yoga, meditation, relaxation and breathwork — simple, effective practices that restore balance, calm the nervous system and leave you feeling lighter, stronger and renewed.

Held in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka, this retreat offers more than practice alone.

There is time to explore, to experience, and to be.

You will visit some of the island’s most sacred and historic sites within the Cultural Triangle — ancient temples, vast landscapes, and places that carry a deep sense of stillness and timeless wisdom.

This retreat is designed to be both restorative and uplifting — a luxurious escape where you can relax, explore, and return home feeling truly transformed.

What's Included

An invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into something quieter.

Held at Jim’s Farm in the Kandy province, this nine-day retreat unfolds in the lush heart of Sri Lanka, surrounded by nature, simplicity and space.

Your journey includes time at Jim’s Beach Villas on the south-west coast, where the rhythm softens further beside the ocean.

The Setting

Jim’s Farm is a 50 acre organic fruit and spice farm, rich in colour, scent and stillness.

Palm trees, open skies and tropical gardens create a natural sense of ease. Life here moves gently.

There is nothing you need to do - Only time to notice what is already here.

A Day at Jims Farm

Each day is gently structured, yet spacious.

Morning begins with fresh fruit and juices, followed by yoga — a practice to awaken, strengthen and steady.

Brunch is taken slowly.

The rest of the day is open.

You may explore local villages, temples, or the surrounding countryside.
You may learn cooking traditional Sri Lankan food alongside the chefs.
Or you may simply rest at the pool, in the gardens or at the Bamboo Spa, where treatments invite deep relaxation.

On selected days, guided journeys take you into the Cultural Triangle.

Evening brings a second practice, as the light softens.

Then dinner — shared, seasonal, and grown from the land.
